The product seems like it's very well made. My issue was with the company, shipping and service. Although we had fully paid for the product more that a month prior to receival, the goods were not released. We had to pay twice for pickup at the warehouse. At the end of the day a refund was given but not without much effort on our end. I was told that this was a recurring issue with this company, although I've only experienced it once first hand. Hopefully the company understands now that they need to pay for their mistakes and cannot pass the loses to the party that isn't at fault.
